Bidding will open Friday, March 13th at 1pm est. Sunday, March 22nd at 6:00 pm est. will start the soft close! Items up for bid will include lots of different model car diecast, a whole NASCAR collection of items and diecast. There are also a few dirt racing collectibles as well. Big name drivers like Tony Stewart, Dale Earnhardt, Jeff Gordon, Rusty Wallace, Scott Bloomquist, Steve Kinser, and so many others are in this auction! Other collectible items include vintage hats, racing shirts, leather racing jackets, signs, flags, blankets, toys, antique cans/tins, vintage beer cans, and so much more!

More Items could be added until the sale closes!

Bidding Notice:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  A BID CANNOT BE RETRACTED ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED. A 13% buyers premium will be add to all sales. There will be NO refunds, returns or exchanges. All items are sold AS IS! All Sales are Final.

VIEWING & INSPECTIONS:  If you are wanting to view ahead of auction need to call 765-993-4158 to make a scheduled appointment.

PAYMENTS:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. A Certified Bank Check or Cash may be used at time of pick-up with prior arrangements. Please send a message to wildfireauctions23@gmaill.com. Any other arrangements must be approved by Administration.

PICK-UP:  Everything must be removed Tuesday and Wednesday after the auction, March 24th & 25th 10am to 5pm @ 4741 National Rd. W, Richmond, IN. unless other arrangements have been made.

SHIPPING:  Shipping is available on certain lots only, each lot will be marked either “shipping” or “no shipping.” Please contact us if you need items shipped through USPS. There will be a $10 admin fee having items shipped. Shipping cost will be an additional fee. We will contact you with that cost the following week after the auction.

Items must be picked up on the days specified, or they will become the property of the Auction House. Buyer must accept responsibility for ensuring pick-up of all items in timely manner and must accept responsibility for all items loaded into their vehicle. 

REFUND/RETURN POLICY:  THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.
