LIVE AUCTION ONLY! Saturday May 17th, starting at 9am. Doors open at 8am for preview of items.

The Auction will be located at the Wayne County Fairgrounds, 861 Salisbury Rd. No., Richmond, IN 47374.

We will be in the building behind the First Bank Richmond Expo Hall.

Bidding Notice:

Items up for bid will include: vehicles, trailers, machinery, outside tools and other spring items. There will be pressure washers, lawn mowers, weed eaters, etc. Also over 250+ small tools and name brand items like Milwaukee, Dewalt, and much, much more! Items will be added daily until the day of the auction. 

SALES TAX: Indiana Sales Tax of 7% will be added to each purchase. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: A BID CANNOT BE RETRACTED ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED. There will be NO refunds, returns or exchanges. All items are sold AS IS! All Sales are Final.

PAYMENTS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express with a 3.5% Admin fee added. Cash and check with proper I.D. will be accepted. 

PICK-UP: You are to take the items you won on the day of the Auction. NO ITEM WILL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE BUILDING WITHOUT PAYMENT! 

VEHICLE TITLES: If you purchase a titled vehicle, you will have to pay the sales tax plus $40 title fee. There will be paperwork to fill out at the auction.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY: THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS! 

FOOD: TASTIE TATER'S FOOD TRUCK WILL BE PROVIDING BREAKFAST AND LUNCH. CASH ONLY!
